🌹 عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن ﷺ كان إذا أوى إلى فراشه كل ليلة، جمع كفيه ثم نفث فيهما، فقرأ فيهما : {قل هو الله أحد} و{ قل أعوذ برب الفلق} و{ قل أعوذ برب الناس} ثم يمسحُ بهما ما استطاع من جسده، يبدأُ بهما على رأسه ووجهه، وما أقبل من جسده يفعل ذلك ثلاث مرات.
🌹 قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين:
الأوراد الشرعية حصن منيع ، أشد من سد يأجوج ومأجوج، لكن مع الأسف أن كثيًرا من الناس لا يعرف عن هذه الأوراد شيئاً، ومن عرف فقد يغفل كثيراً، ومن قرأها فقلبه غير حاضر، وكل هذا نقص.
ولو أن الناس استعملوا الأوراد على ما جاءت به الشريعة، لسلموا من شرور كثيرة، نسأل الله العافية والسلامة.
